Is it mandatory to suscribe to the platform?

Registration for the SimOïko platform is free. Subscription offers many advantages but is no way mandatory to order simulations.

How to subscribe to the platform?

You can subscribe to your personnal space at any time:

• If you do not yet have a user account, you can request a subcription when creating your user space.
• If you are already registered on the platform, you can suscribe to your user profile.

In returns for your request, a subscription contract will be sent to you by e-mail. The subscription will become effective upon receipt of your payment.

How to unsubscribe?

Your commitment is limited to 12 months. Our team will ask you to renew your subscription 30 days and then 10 days before its expiry.

Maintenance and security

Our team makes every effort to keep the platform operational 24/24 on business days and to guarantee the confidentiality of the data you entrust us.

In 2017, our facilities were subjected to a risk analysis based on ISO 27005 by an independant engineering office

We do not keep any archive or copy of your data or simulated outcomes beyond 30 days after delivery of the order.
